IRON WOLF DANCE ENSEMBLE (IWDE):
Iron Wolf Dance Ensemble (IDE) is our go-to performance group for the school for pep rallies and festivals. The ensemble is formulated by auditions at the conclusion of the prior school year for the upcoming year. The "season" begins during a summer session and beginning of the school year and runs until the end of the school year. The group is not a dance team because they do not perform. In addition, the group does not receive technical training. Dancers are asked to train outside of school or take the courses offered at MVHS for training.
The group is focused on learning choreography for our performances only, with a limited schedule that allows dancers to train outside of school, while still being about to dance and represent their school.

WHAT GRADES ARE ABLE TO AUDITION FOR IRON WOLF? IWDE IS OPEN TO ALL SOPHOMORES THROUGH SENIORS- FRESHMAN MAY AUDITION, BUT ARE ADVISED NOT TO AUDITION DO TO THE LARGE ADJUSTMENT STUDENTS GO THROUGH FRESHMAN YEAR. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO AUDITION THE FOLLOWING YEAR.

MAY 28TH FROM 4:30-6:30PM
MAKE-UP AUDITIONS ON MAY 29TH 4:30-6PM
AUDITIONS ARE IN THE DANCE ROOM AT MVHS. PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR AUDITIONS AND WEAR DANCE CLOTHING (LEGGINGS AND APPROPRIATE TOP) AND BRING SNEAKERS FOR HIP-HOP AND JAZZ SHOES FOR JAZZ. BRING PLENTY OF WATER AND A SWEAT TOWEL. ALL DANCERS THAT AUDITION WILL BE RECORDED FOR AUDITION PURPOSES ONLY.
